    Staying off social media is essential when I’m having a bad day. Music makes me feel better too, so I make sure to do a lot of that!

    I love these I always try to shake off negativity. My favourite things to do are listen to music and watch animal videos, especially cats.

    I will try to go out more and attend the gym often this year. It seems that those days all I do is watch youtube videos and that makes me feel like I am living my life from my couch and it makes me even more depressed. Props to you for making art! I love me some art too! I used to draw a lot when I was younger.

    Hey love your tips. I actually love watching animal videos. My little one does To. I too love art. I love to draw. I also love to dance so when ever I get the time to go for it. ๐Ÿ’š If I’m not half asleep from being up all night ha X

Love the write down all the things you love about yourself one – although sometimes I think that’s the hard one it’s also one of the best to help you feel positive and worthy.     Thank you for sharing these ideas! My go to is watching something on tv or Netflix to keep my mind busy and focus somewhere else. Music is also good for cheering me up, have a dance or belt out some sad song ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ™ˆ. Love a good soak in the bath. Your blog is beautiful, I am looking forward to seeing what other content you put out this year xx

    Definitely loving this blog post! I made a digit vision board here: https://lipglossandchampagne.wordpress.com/2018/01/10/digital-vision-board/ and one of the things I put on there was to radiate positivity. It’s actually one of the goals of them all, that I really want to stick too. When I am having a bad day, I’m looking to turn it around immediately, because I don’t want to release any negative energy!!! Number 2, look at animal videos is not something I would usually do, LOL. But I am totally going to start doing it now!! Awesome post, doll! xoxo

And these are some amazing tips working out and watching movies always help me, and I’ve recently found audio books really help to calm me down too (Idk there’s something so nice about someone else reading to you, maybe I’m just weird haha).     Great tips! I tend to neglect myself when Iโ€™m having a bad day and although I spend an AWFUL lot of time alone – especially when having a bad day – I never really savour my own company. I also need to learn to switch off from social media a bit more, Iโ€™m going to try that for the rest of todsy. No Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest and limited Twitter! xxx

    I have a HUGE smile on my face reading this. When I’m having a bad day I tend to wallow in my own misery but you’re so right, getting out into the world or going to visit someone can totally change your mood. I always used to love running when I was angry about something, I got some of my best times that way…HAHA I always end up buying something to cheer me up to, not so sure if that’s the best long term strategy though. Great suggestions x

    I loved reading this a lot.:-) Every idea you mentioned are such great stress busters. I am a very positive person most of the time but there are times when I feel low but since I started my blog (which keeps me busy and gives me immense happiness), I start thinking about ideas for my blog and taking pictures. Spending time with my family is the best for me. ๐Ÿ™‚

    Music is definitely my go-to when I’m having a bad day. Nothing better than getting home and blasting your music on loud (only for a little though as I don’t think my neighbours share my music taste!)
