You’re One Step Away from a Sunshiny Day filled with Positivity!
Hey there all you beautiful dolls! I am back this week with a post on POSITIVITY. Yes, I know, every day can’t be sunshine and rainbows but the way you look at things or handle a situation can certainly help. If you read my about me, you know it stated one of my goals is to keep YOU inspired. This is not just my personal little space on the internet but it is ours and I hope to always create a positive space for you.
I strongly believe in balance and that the universe has a way of maintaining such. As soon as you log onto social media or maybe switch on your television, there it is, the mayhem that goes on around the world. You may not always acknowledge it right away, but everything has a butterfly effect and most of the time the smallest change can start with you. You can be the tipping point to help nudge things back into order, at least even if it’s in your world.
Be strong, be brave and most importantly know you’re not alone even in your darkest moment. If you ever need an ear to listen or a gentle reminder of the beauty still left to be unlocked around you, my inbox is ALWAYS open. This is how I usually try to get my day going and you should try this too. It’s a little project I stumbled into when I was having a rough patch and really needed a positivity boost. I found this little jar lying on a table in the corner of my room and had a brilliant idea if I do say so myself.
Here’s what you’ll need: a little jar or container, paper cut into little strips and some positive feedback you’d like to hear more often. The feedback can come from things you personally need to hear more often or daily inspirational quotes from your fave source. Scribble your little quotes on the cut strips of paper and roll them into a tiny scroll then drop them in the jar. Repeating that process, you’ll have a jar filled of positive vibes like the one above. Everyday try to shake one scroll out of the jar, open the note and read as a gentle reminder to keep going! It’s importantly to understand that everything takes time and to have faith in yourself as well as to show yourself some love.
I hope reading this post helped you in some way and remember to spread the love and positivity! Have a lovely day!
Love Lena xx
