Fabulous post as always hun! I think we all forget to be proud of ourselves and often need to take a step back and see just how much we have achieved. I esp love #2 it’s something I have come to realise over the last couple of years that each day is a blessing ❀️

I love how positive all of your posts are. I’m forever trying to push myself to have a positive attitude because I’m always my harshest critic. But you’re right, you’ve probably done way more than you think πŸ’•

Love this post Lena! πŸ’– You are always so positive and inspirational. I did smile to myself when I read β€˜have a bite of chocolate’ as I’m sat here munching on a very tasty Easter egg he he πŸ˜„. This is such a good message, I think we all have many moments and achievements to be proud of, we just need to recognise them. Fab post as always lovely 😘 xx

I always enjoy reading your posts Lena as you literally radiate positivity and light, it’s wonderful 😍 I agree with all of these points, it’s so important to give yourself credit when credit is due and not be too hard on ones self! I’m a huge believer in eating chocolate to reward myself (maybe even a little too much but shhh πŸ˜‰) Great motivational post hun, keep up the amazing work πŸ’›

Lena you are such an absolute inspiration and positive force. This post was such a joy to read, reading something like this really allows you to take 5 minutes to reflect on everything you have accomplished and who you’ve become. You my dear are a beautiful soul.

I love how positive this post is! I agree with all of these reasons to be proud of ourselves! We’re always trying our best and should give ourselves a bit more credit.

I LOVE #7!!! My body craves for certain things sometimes and even though it’s unhealthy, I’m always extremely happy whenever I satisfy it. Like yesterday, I really wanted a happy meal (haven’t had one in 4 years) and was totally worth it!

I used to be so harsh on myself, and was never proud of anything we did. I always had that fear of being conceited and didn’t want people to think that I thought too highly of myself. This year was the year of putting myself first and loving myself. I have overcome a lot in the last 6 months, and realized that there are loads of things for me to be proud of. I am a good person and I am constantly striving to do the best job I can. Great post Lena πŸ™‚ xxx

Loved this post so much! Your blog spreads so much positivity. I love the point you made with #4. Whenever I’m going through a challenging situation, looking back on all the tough things I’ve already been through shows me what I’m capable of doing and getting through. Thanks for the great post lovely! I look forward to future ones πŸ™‚
